Please understand that almost all natural cowhide products will have some indications that they are genuine animal skins. This can be indicated by marks, scrapes, and even occasional holes, cuts or bare spots in the hair. These are not defects but rather indications that the materials you are receiving are genuine.
Because our items are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in manufacture.
